what are some things that taste good with bean dip that is not a chip? I read somewhere this is a good protein snack but it didn't say what to eat with it.

Celery! Bell peppers. Anything crunchy.0

I generally eat it with tortilla chips, but I have been known to dig in with a spoon.0

I think red bell pepper would probably be the very best, but green pepper or cucumber would work too. Jicama would be delicious and also crunchier than almost any other vegetable, so it would really give you a "snacking" feeling.0

I vote baby carrots or Snyders light tortilla chips. Maybe throw in a little cilantro, tomatoes, red onions, light sour cream and/or a sprinkling of 2% sharp cheddar cheese and make it a meal.0

Cucumber slices, carrots, bell pepper, celery, pita chips, toast. You could use it as a spread on your sandwich or wrap as well.0
