Bulking to Cutting

Hi,
I'm a 26 y/o female with history of disordered eating but have had a stable weight between 107 and 109 the last few years. Last spring I started lifting heavy and for the first time since I lost a lost of weight 6+ years ago exceeded the 110 mark. Now I hover between 110 and 111, but people tell me I look great, as my body is more proportioned (I've always been bottom heavy). However, while some of this weight might be muscle, it's definitely accompanied by some fat. My jeans simply don't fit the way they used to, even though I eat, according to MFP, at a deficit...Should I stop lifting heavy and back to a "cut" in order to get back to my happy weight at around 108? Should I continue to lift but switch to light weight, higher rep? Switch up my calories?
HELP

Theres no need to stop lifting heavy when on a cut.
The number on the scale is just a number - that goes doubly for lifters. No point in chasing an arbitrary number.
If you look better than you did before, why not just buy new jeans?0 -

I hear what you're saying, but I have a little more fat around the edges I'd also like to get rid of.0 -
I guess the "disordered eating" preface makes me nervous over the idea of a cut (pictures are always helpful in that regard)...but we all want to make improvements. if the lifting heavy has worked for you, keep doing it. Perhaps add some extra cardio?0

Sorry - hesitant about posting pics on a public forum like this, but I hear you. I also don;t have any recent pics of me in a bathing suit or anything. I have NO desire to go back to where I was..previously I was doing a higher cardio: lifting ratio but also wasn't seeing the body comp. changes I wanted, which is why I switched. I was afraid I had gotten myself into that chronic cardio plateau people talk about.0 -
I can understand that, its just that some people could genuinely lose a few pounds, while some who are pretty much down to being skin and bone, still are not sure if they should be cutting or bulking.
Maybe add a circuit training routine that combines lifting and cardio, or try a dvd program, so that youre only upping your cardio excessively for e.g. 60-90 days0
