I got away from MFP for awhile, bc the way I was working on my diet changed a bit and I got away from tracking. Now that things have started to move in a certain direction, I'm back. And I've found that having a handy dandy little app and website can really help with a few goals.

I'm finally back to weight lifting after a lay off and I'm able to focus on my strength goals. Since diet is such a key part of making gains in lifting, any help that I can get is useful. So, I'm back to using MFP and keeping track of what I'm eating. Weight lifting and fat loss tend to be a wonky pair, so accountability is key in making sure I'm getting the most from my diet.

Anyone who would like extra support from a complete stranger is free to add me. I'm always up for conversation and exchange of thoughts, ideas!! You can never underestimate the importance of support.
