Hey! So, I am way new to myfitnesspal. I take an hour long body pump class, and I don't know how to put it into the app. Any suggestions?

    I added mine under the cardio section where it has weight training listed. Is more cardio than weights I think anyway. :)

    log it as either general aerobics or circuit training. Stick with one or the other for 4 weeks and adjust calorie burn as needed.

    Body pump is listed as a cardio activity. Search for it and it should pop up. I've been logging it as such for a year.

    ^^^ As UmmSqueaky said - it's listed in the database.

    Les Mills is the search item to use.

    Bodypump spelled as their trademark is.

    It’s not an option under my Les Mills choices either - has it been removed? 9v24e86vqh59.png

    @littleone0605

    What do you get when you search for Les Mills (not just Les)?
    What do you get when you serach for Bodypump (not body pump)?

    I typed in "pump" and it came up as an option. You could always create it as your own exercise and just add estimated calories.

    I found it. I do them regularly and love them so

    I remember having the same question when I started; I couldn't find it under 'Body Pump' and hadn't clocked it was all one word. MFP's search facility does leave something to be desired...

    (Love my 'Pump :D )
