So, today is my 365th day logging on MFP!

Starting Weight 230
Current Weight 164
I started last year in the summer and gave up after a little over a month. I had lost 14lbs, and gained 10 of them back in the few months I had given up.
I have an irritating friend...you should look her up on here jbuc07....she kept telling me to start again. I didn't want to, but I finally got tired of the nagging.
It's been a year now and I'm down 66lbs, I still have more work to do, but I feel great and am proud of where I am so far!

That is so awesome!!! I love that you took pics because we're similar in stats. We are the same age, Im an inch taller then you, I'm 3 lbs less than your highest weight and my goal is 165. Now Im have some pics for encouragement!! Great job!!!0
