Not what the title might suggest!!
Does anyone take any joint supplements? I was thinking maybe this is something I should consider taking, as I don't want to have bad knees when I am older. My mum suffers with hers a bit and I want to try and prevent it if I can.

I take Glucosamine and MSM and it really seems to help, but not overnight. I have been taking it for around 5 weeks now and it seems better all the time. Hard to tell what is the supplement and what is from just weighing less but I am not going to argue with it.0

Thanks guys - I have no problems at the moment, but I think prevention is the way forward here. It can't hurt me to take them, and they can only be beneficial. I'll go and get myself some when I get paid!0
