60lbs lost & maintaining

Sorry if anything is crooked, etc. It took me forever to figure this out. So here's my story. It took me about a year, but I've lost 60lbs give or take. Hey, weight fluctuates! I went from almost 200lbs to 135. My lowest was 129. But once I stopped being a cardio queen and started lifting weights I put on some muscle. I've done 3 10K's. I few rounds of Insanity. T25. An Insanity/T25 Hybrid. I'm in the middle of PiYo and asked for Insanity Max 30 for Xmas. I lift weights with a trainer 2 days a week. I overhauled my eating habits. I'm not a beachbody coach, I just happen to LOVE Shaun T. I've gained so much by losing and never want to go back to that overweight place again!!! :)
