between 50g and 60g I'd say, depending on the recipe.0

What do you mean by a single serving? I imagine serving sizes would vary from person to person.
If you mean what size serving would match the calories listed on the package, it should be on the label.0 -

Thanks im roasting tomatoes peppers and courgett then adding the lentils and stock to a pan with the roast veggies0 -
