1. i am starting p90x lean tonight!!
2. lose 8 lbs
3.stay consistant on mfp....and in life
4. NOOO SODAS....not even once
5. start traing for my first 5k

    Given May is usually big for events for me my goal is just to maintain my weight at 181 +- 5lbs.

    May goals, I have 3.

    1.) No alcohol
    2.) No chocolate (other than my protein drink)
    3.) Walk 30 miles
  • continue with no fizzy drinks ( already gone 7 weeks without)
    lose some form of weight (any amount would be fab)
    get more exercise

    Finish the Fargo Half-Marathon on May 21. I don't even care about my time...I just want to finish it (preferably without having to walk at all).

    Maintain my current measurements for my wedding dress (stomach to bust)
    Add more strenght training into my routine
    Tone my butt and legs (I want my butt to look like it did in high school)
    Work more on toning and tightening my arms and thighs
    And as always, work my way up to running

    Get down a size in jeans. I'm going to visit my family for the summer on June 15th and I really really really want to be in a size 16 when I go.

    2) Get an exercise bike & USE it 5 x's a week
    3) No late night sweet raids
    4) Be nicer
    5) Positive self-talk when I feel defeated

    Stick to a 5 day per week walking schedule with 2 weight training sessions.
    Stay off the high heels, which keep exacerbating a hamstring injury.
    Get back to regular running by the end of the month.

    be 275 by june 1st.. this has been my goal for april as well. I dont think I'll make it. That is 13pounds in less than a month now. Id have to match my highest weight lose for a 3rd straight month....and u lose more at first when u start dieting.

    1.I would like to lose 5 lbs which would bring my weight to 200.
    2. Finish exchool strong this semester and finish with a 3.1 gpa
    3 Go to the they gym @least 4 times a week
    4. Start running by running 3 miles a week

    1 - Stay on track with my C25K training and get under 38 minutes
    2 - Lose 2.8 lbs
    3 - Incorporate 2 days of strength training into my fitness routine
    4 - Add in 1 new healthy food into my diet

    I have a 4.1 mile race on the 15th, my goal is to run at least 2.5 miles of it.
    I have two vacations in May, so my other goal is to maintain or lose weight - any amount- but NOT GAIN.

    Don't skip any workouts
    Don't go over on calories at all (weekends especially!!!)
    Drop in to the 150's!

    My goals for May are to faithfully do the Physical therapy exercises for my shoulder.
    that may lead me to do other exercises. I hate to exercise but I need to get this shoulder to heal.:ohwell:

    To stay right on track with my MFP plan...it is working so well I don't want to look back.

    I would like to get into the 160's by the end of the month even it is 169.9 :laugh:
