Hi, y'all.

Hi! I'm 26 years old, with the goal of reaching the 130s by the time I turn 30. After a long struggle with food and body image, setting a longer goal feels healthier... and who knows, I may hit the 140s and feel great. Because that's the real point: to feel great and strong.

I would love some friends, especially ones who like yoga and lifting!

    Hi there. I started at 167 with a goal of 130 3 years ago. I got there in just under 12 months and with the help of my MFPals I have kept it off...... (currently 132 but who is counting?)
