Don't skip any workouts
Don't go over on calories at all (weekends especially!!!)

My goals for May are to faithfully do the Physical therapy exercises for my shoulder.
that may lead me to do other exercises. I hate to exercise but I need to get this shoulder to heal.:ohwell:
To stay right on track with my MFP plan...it is working so well I don't want to look back.
I would like to get into the 160's by the end of the month even it is 169.9 :laugh:0 -
Lose 30lbs
Workout at least 5 days a week
No Soda, No Alcohol, No candy-Chocolate0 -
1. Go to Zumba class every Tues/Thurs
2. Lose 8 lbs
3. Only out to eat once a week
4. Stay on goal with calories0 -

2. Do the 30 day shred all month
3. Walk as much as possible.

1) Commit to 30 day shred

3) No more "sick" days from the gym

My goals for May:
*exercise 3-4 days per week, plus 2 days of weights
*lose...at least 1 pound! (I've been on a plateau for the past couple of months!)
*sleep more...more energy=more exercise=more energy!0 -
Just finished a challenging county wide biggest winner contest in April. My goal was 20 pounds. Final weigh in was today. 20.4 pounds lost in 33 days. I plan on taking it easy(goal wise) in May, just about 8 pounds away from the 100 pound loss mark. Can't wait :bigsmile:

1. Lose 10 lbs by Memorial Day weekend
2. Cycling Monday , Wednesday and Friday for the next 4 weeks
3. Soccer matches 3 times a week, attend and play
4. Stay disciplined with eating on the weekends... so hard for me...

To lose about 15lbs or so to be consistent with my goal of losing a total of 30lbs by the end of June, and to stay consistent and active on MFP....and of course to make new, motivating and encouraging friends to help reach my goals and I can help them reach theirs0
