Good morning people, I'm on day two of my squat challenge and Mfp. Tired of been fat and ill all the time. Refuse to wait until January to change my ways it needs to happen now!! So here I am. Looking forward to the new fit me xx

Good morning. Been there and got the T-shirt for being fat and fed-up. MFP changed all that for me 3 years ago. I lost weight the right way, nice and steady. I learned the correct way to watch my weight and reached my target in just under 12months. I have kept the weight off now for almost 2 years.....always managing to stay within about 8lbs of my lowest weight and then being able to get back on track for a few weeks to get it off again. I feel so much happier.
