Hello all! I've been on this fabulous website for a few months now and I'm really learning a lot about food and myself. What I seem to be having a problem with is keeping track of my P90x workouts. It's not listed in the exercise options, I have no idea how many calories I'm burning during the hour long dvd's. Is anyone else doing these workouts that could give me some insight as to how much I may be burning?? I'm female, 29 years old. Current weight is 130, would like to be down to 125. Thanks for any input!!

Go to Exercise tab, then enter P90X Cardio X, a message will pop up that says it's not in the database, towards the bottom of the screen click on: Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database. Then add in the name, time, and calories burned.

You will have to create the exercise and log it into the data base manually...example P90X Cardio X. Time: 60 mins...Calories burned: 755

The best way to track burned cals during your P90X workouts is with heart rate monitor. If you don't have one, aprox avg number of calories burned during most P90X workouts is estimated to be about 600 in the program guide... Millage may vary... :)

    Good luck!

Thanks everyone for your help. Looks like I should get a heart rate monitor so I can accurately keep track of calories. I didn't even know I could add my own exercise, thank for the tip! I'm only in week 2 of the P90X Classic. Long way to go, but I'm pumped and ready to see the results!!
