    Right now, it's run a 30 minute 5k. I'm currently just under 40 minutes.

    Same as my goal. PB for my local(hilly) 5km parkrun is 31:04, so nearly there :)

    To be able to do 10 "real" push ups.. and do a pull up someday!

    My two for this year are..
    Complete a Spartan Race Trifecta. Didn't happen in 2014 because of logistics. I already have the 3 requisite races lined up, so I should be good.

    Complete a monkey bars obstacle at an obstacle race. I got me a pull up bar and I'll training up. I have crashed and burned at every attempt at this kind of obstacle and I need that to end.

    My goal is size 10 jeans, which I've never been able to wear. Even at my "smallest" as a child, I was wearing 12 slims.

    Fitness-wise, I want to do a pull-up and proper push-ups. I'm getting closer on the push-ups but the pull-up is still a LONG way away!
