I started the 30 day shred on Wed. April 27. I am still on Level 1. Has anyone had any luck with this video and are there any recommendations on when to move to the next level?

Move on when it starts to get easier...I am doing it right now, I think i have heard about 10 days per level as a good guide line...
I have heard good things about it...I burn 252 Cal. for a 20 min work out that's a pretty good burn!!!

How did you determine your calories burned? Do you have a HRM? If you do can you or anyone recommend one that is good quality.

i did 10 days per level (today will be day 5 of level 3). i seem to notice the workouts getting easier around day 5 or 6. Now level 1 is a breeze and i did it one day when i was still on level 2 because i was going somewhere afterwards so i didn't want to sweat! it seems that much easier after doing level 2!

I just started level 2 today. I have had results before when I've done it. I lost about 10-15 pounds the first time around. I'm doing it for the 3rd time now. I never make it passed level 2. I just get bored with JM. I am determined this time around. I usually spend 10 days per level and I burnt 396 calories for the first level and 321 for the second. Good luck!

If all of the exercises besides push ups are getting too easy, i would move on and just keep trying to modify the push ups... maybe doing the other exercises in level 2 and 3 will help your arm/core strength and will help you be able to do a push up

the last 2 days i havnt even tried when doing the shred as i feel like im wasting that time trying to do something i cant do , so everytime it was at the push up bit i just did sit ups instead , so at least im doing something for that time worthwhile. i feel its time to move up, im on day 11 ...... apologies blink for butting in on your question

Instead of sit ups use your weights. Lay down on your back, rest your weights at shoulder level then raise them above your face (don't drop them!). These raises use similar muscles to press-ups so may get you there in the end :)

I did 10 days at each level, and it didn't seem to get easier! I was stronger at the end and could do a few regular pushups!
