Help with water

I am not sure if I am doing my water right. I drink a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water a day. I count each glass until I get to 8 but after that I keep drinking but don't keep track. Also I drink glasses not cups of water. Should I be seeing how many cups fit in each glass? Help Please/

    It would help you in keeping track but only if its part of your diet. You say you drink the 8-10 already required and if it's an 8oz glass than you've reached your daily requirements anything after that is a bonus unless its negatively effecting your food intake. I like a certain glass to drink my water from and yesterday I agreed to a H2O challenge. So this morning I measured how much was in the glass (I thought 12oz) and it was a 16 oz glass. Four glasses and I reached my goal.
