I was wondering if I should bother spending the money on weighted glove to use during my cardio/kickboxing workouts. I have heard that they can excelerate results can anyone attest to this?

I've also heard that wearing boxing gloves during a workout can give enough weight during a work out... is this true?

I will add my two cents...I don't use weighted gloves, but I do use 3lb dumbells and my arms, shoulders, and obliques really feel the workout the day after...I don't get that with normal Kenpo workouts...highly recommended...me and OLP won't steer you wrong!

Love them, just make sure you don't use something too heavy to be able to go through the entire workout without hurting yourself. For women i recommend 1 to 3 lbs max unless you are already lifting huge weights. 1 lb for me is just enough.
