    Almond peanut chocolate protein bars.
    Apples, bananas
    Little containers of peanuts (pre-measured)
    Packs of pretzels and crackers
little containers of baby carrots (again, pre-measured)

I have a ton of little containers that i measure anything and everything into and carry around if i know I'm going to be out for a long time.

    Kind bars, nuts, veggies
  • I like to throw together trail mix and stick it in my bag :) I'll add pretzels, semi sweet chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and pumpkin seeds. I also love Clif bars on occasion, especially if I can microwave them.

Just got some mini pretzels today. I like to bring fruit too - grapes, satsuma and Apple's. When I have to travel for work I bring my magic bullet and make green smoothies in the hotel room. It comes with a lid so it's portable too. Raisins, nuts. The secret is in portion control....Love Ziploc snack size bags...

Pretzel sticks, hummus + carrots, rice cakes, granola bars (usually kashi), greek yogurt, bananas/other fruit (grapes, clementines. I'd do apples but I'm allergic to them. DEEP SIGH).

    cheese stick apple
    apple and nuts
    clementines & a cheese stick

I go for portability but something I can eat after a workout or before, so nothing messy or difficult to eat on the road.

Lots of great ideas shared... thanks for the input... I'll incorporate those into my day in the future. :D

My snacks are pretty simple. Baked sweet potato and fruit. If I'm busy, I usually don't snack.
