Need supporting friends on here.

I am starting over for the billionth time. I need to loose around 125lbs. I need supporting people to help keep me on track, the thing is i love junk food and my husband eats like crap so eating heathy is super hard for me. What can i do to stay on track and do this?

    i think us women all have this issue of doing what "others" do, eating, drinking etc. harder when hubby doesnt eat healthy, i also deal with husband who doesnt like alot of the healthy stuff that I eat- as hard as it is sometimes, i make him something different; but similiar to what i am eating- thursday made him and daughter a porkloin, potato, and corn, i made myself a sweet potato and chicken breast, make both at same time- seems to work- good luck in your healthy journey- I am sending you a friend request-Kara
