Over halfway to goal!

I got started on my weight loss journey in May but got serious in September. So far I have lost a total of 38 lbs & also built a ton of muscle. I've looked through a lot of the success stories here & (before) thought I wish that was me or I could never but I'm here to tell you- anyone can do it!
