Um, I don't get it. I have this lovely book called strength training for women that I am starting to use, but most of the exercises in it are not recognized when I go to log them in. What am I doing wrong?

Not sure how detailed you want to get with tracking specific workouts, but you can log your strength training as a Cardiovascular exercise where it's listed as "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" in that category. Hope this helps.0

If want to actually log sets+reps and such, use a different site. MFP is garbage for that purpose. I use Jefit.0

I use a phone ap called gym hero to track reps/ sets, but log calories as strength training under the cardio title as Tuckahoe88 does0

Thanks so much for the info!0
