Eating calories for gains...

Options
I've actually found it difficult to add exercise to my log and properly track the earned calories. Especially when it comes to weight lifting.

I've thought about changing my daily activity level from sedentary (Desk Job) to Moderately Active just to be sure I am getting enough cals.

Does anyone have a few tips on how to add extra calories to benefit gains from lifting?

You can always switch to TDEE then you don't have to add in the burn for workouts.

And if you want to gain- just manually set the calories for 250-350 over you're maintenance goals.

Man switch to TDEE. It is so much better for tracking consistently, and when weight lifting your calories will be going up pretty frequently, about 200 a month when bulking. Take a look at my diary if you want. Also if you havve any questions feel free to ask id love to help

Agree, TDEE. It's the easiest way to track your progress over time and make adequate changes.
