After dinner snackers??

OK, I've noticed this about myself ... I'm usually looking for something to chow down on after dinner. Any good suggestions?? I mostly crave salty/crunchy things.
Also, I'd love any friends along the way! Thanks.

Popcorn is a good after-dinner snack; it's filling, high in fibre AND satisfies that hand-to-mouth motion. Plus, you can eat a lot of it in terms of volume for relatively few calories.
That, of course, assumes that you air pop it, and don't load it up with a ton of high-calorie toppings. Try adding just salt to taste, or a little bit of olive oil or butter from a spray dispenser (log it, of course).0 -
I just ate 100 calorie kettle corn. It's pop-secret. And delicious.0

Trader Joe's sour cream & onion corn puffs. Gigantic serving size.0

I crave salt after dinner too. I usually try to get by with just a serving size of whatever crackers are the house. It's not usually more than 100 calories so I'm ok with it. Some nights I cave though and the hubby and I make popcorn with butter & salt.0

It's not really salty / crunchy, but, I've been going through big containers of cottage cheese like crazy.
I get 1 cup fat free CC, two splendas, lots of cinnamon, tbsp of vanilla extract, and two tbsp crunchy PB.... the most amazing thing ever.0
