Hi all,
I love this success forum, and read it every day. Didn't really feel like I had anything to contribute until i saw this picture today. I've decided to take an updated pic for every stone that I lose, and I was so chuffed to see that after losing 3 stone i have an actual waist now! Still a way to go, but it's so encouraging to see that my hard work is starting to pay off!

How tall are you? You are basically exactly my starting and current weight. I am 5 foot 3. So its v interesting to see these pix. And very well done0
