Ceramic lined saute pan = AWESOME

Just discover the joy of cooking with a ceramic lined saute pan. Nearly every morning I saute mushrooms in coconut oil with ham, spinach, and 2 eggs. I used to use my seasoned caste iron saute pan but it always stuck because of the ham grease. Today I used my new ceramic lined pan and 1/2 the coconut oil I usually use and no sticking!!! I'm sold!!!
Not and advertisement just a really good tip!!! Wish I tried one sooner.

I've been eyeballing those for a year or two now, and was pretty skeptical. I may bite the bullet and get one now.0

I'm skeptical. Prefer my copper pans.0

I had green one a few years ago and it chipped. This summer bought a small one at walmart ( sorry no brand name, I just checked ). Its red outside with white ceramic. It's our go-to pan now, use it every day for eggs and bacon. Cleans with a quick wet wipe and no chips yet ! Worth every penny
Good luck.

My son's girlfriend found a real small one at a garage sale. She was so impressed by how truly non stick it is that she went and bought another one, larger.
I love my cast iron skillet. I've used it for so many years and nothing sticks to it anymore. Some don't care for them, I'd be lost without mine.0 -
I bought one to replace a warped sautee pan. Loved it so much I now have three sizes. Super easy to clean, truly non stick.0
