Just got some mini pretzels today. I like to bring fruit too - grapes, satsuma and Apple's. When I have to travel for work I bring my magic bullet and make green smoothies in the hotel room. It comes with a lid so it's portable too. Raisins, nuts. The secret is in portion control....Love Ziploc snack size bags...0

Pretzel sticks, hummus + carrots, rice cakes, granola bars (usually kashi), greek yogurt, bananas/other fruit (grapes, clementines. I'd do apples but I'm allergic to them. DEEP SIGH).0

I go for portability but something I can eat after a workout or before, so nothing messy or difficult to eat on the road.
Lots of great ideas shared... thanks for the input... I'll incorporate those into my day in the future.0 -
