I'm 18 years old 134 lbs. and 5'6. I need to lose 20 lbs, and was wondering since I'm at a higher BMI I can successfully lose this much sighing a month. If so how?

Since you're already within a normal weight range for your height, the short answer is no, you can't lose that much in a month.
I suggest looking up and reading the sexy pants thread, along with other threads for beginners...0 -

This, plus 114 would put you as underweight0 -
114 lbs sounds very low on weight for someone who is 5'6". Maybe you should re-evaluate your weight goal. I always like it better when the people on my team set a body fat % goal. It frees you from the scale to put on muscle. I you can be 120 lbs (or more) at the same body fat % that you want at 114, why would you want to be lower weight? Muscle = tone, strength, and shape

She posted this before the 30 pound one. She's insane if 1-2 days made her want to add another 10 pounds to her goal.0 -
