Early results from my transformation before/after

I know it is not a drastic nor an impressive change yet but I just wanted to share how downloading myfitnesspal changed my life in 3 months.

The left pic is 3 months ago, the day I randomly downloaded myfitnesspal and in actually 2 months I lost around 16 lbs. I know I am still far from having abs etc and it is due the fact that I still eat a lot of desserts, snacks etc. But now I count every single calorie in and out, eating everything I want, yet staying within my calorie limits with the help of exercises. I also stopped eating out (I was having lunch out everyday) and started cooking low fat, high protein foods.

Long story short, this app changed a lot in my life and I just wanted to share my so far little success..
