To mix it up, some really awesome BBC/European shows, some only have a few seasons so far so not sure they would classify as binge watching:
    - Sherlock
    - The Fall (season 2 is almost finished)
    - Luther
    - Les Revenants
    - Broadchurch

No one's said the Tudors? I didn't have to watch porn the entire week I watched that show.

There's a little known show called Life on Netflix. It's about a cop who was put away for murdering his best friend, only he didn't do it, and now he's been proven innocent, is out of prison, and has sued for an undisclosed amount of money (he's filthy rich) but part of the settlement is that he gets his job back. So, he solves interesting and weird cases, and he's interesting and weird, but also he's trying to find out what really happened with his friend's murder. It only ran 2 seasons, but they actually wrapped up the story beautifully instead of letting it just die.

Actually watched that when it had its network run. Granted, I watched it for Sarah Shahi, but still watched it. (former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, of COURSE I watched it!)

Not sure if you've watched it already but I watched Dexter not too long ago on Netflix and loved it.

Just be sure to stop after finishing the John Lithgow season.......it goes downhill from there.

I love Twin Peaks...so I'd go with that. Or Veronica Mars.

Dexter and agree on the last season.
Fringe is also good, but it gets a little out of whack in the last season, IMO.

Homeland has me occasionally yelling at the characters on screen like they can hear me.

For dramas, I've watched all the ones you mentioned but also Weeds, Dexter, Lost, The Following, Battlestar Galactica (I was surprised by this one, I'm not huge on sci-fi). Weeds and Dexter both didn't end well though...
