I have been using this app for 5 weeks and have lost 6.7 lbs. This week I will incorporate some exercise.

    Hi,I like tracking my calories and seeing where I can whittle off a few cals.

    Great job! Isn't fun to see the pounds melt away. I was amazed when I started counting calories on MFP that I could still eat and lose weight. Awareness was the key & exercise just makes it better by giving you more energy & extra calories in your bank to spend, if you so choose. Best of luck going forward. :smiley:
