I have this pain on the backside of my knees and instead of getting better, its worse then it started. UGH! Any ideas on what it could be and what I can do to make it feel better?

A little more information would help us help you. Have you been running? A lot? On pavement? Has your weight loss been rapid? Any history of knee or joint problems? Etc etc etc.0

Makes me wonder if you are hyper-extending your knees (the bending backwards of the knee)...you will want to be mindful to relax the knees at all times and to not let them bend backwards...
I also support getting it checked out!0 -
I have been running about weekly, just started the body gospel program and wonder if I may be kicking wrong. Is that even possible?0

Sounds like an over use injury. If your new to running or increasing your mileage to rapidly it can happen. If it persists see a Dr.0
