not enough calories in day

So I had a large lunch today. Just a little over 600 calories. Yes, I know it's huge. Very small breakfast and only a 140 calorie snack. My lunch was around 12pm and now it's 7:30pm and I'm nowhere near hungry. Tonight I plan on burning over 500 calories doing a walk run with weight vest. And I'll still be way under my calorie goal. I know I need the calories, should I force myself to eat some more or just have a glass of chocolate milk after I work out? I would really appreciate the input. thanks

    I was way under my calories after exercise tonight. I can't force myself to eat anything else so I'm running with it. If you want the chocolate milk (which sounds really good now) then go for it.
