SERIOUSLY 40LBS IN 3 MONTHS!!

I am looking for seriously motivated people that want to lose at least 40lbs within the next couple of months. I am serious about this and need motivation and love helping others. Maybe we can all share our goals on here and share what works for us, doesnt work for us, what foods we like to eat, small weekly challenges(drink a certain amount of water this week, gym time) Open to everyone unlike all these closed groups. =]

By July 24th(my 21st bday) I would like to be around 155-160
Im thinking about starting the 17 day diet soon, go to gym 5x a week, have recently hit a wall, havent lost in the past 4 weeks =/ but want to keep moving and keep going. Really need to lose the weight before or by my birthday!!! Friend requests are welcome! =]

I'm down 39.5 since 1/17.
I have done it by not exceeding my calories, not eating junk, and exercising 4x per week. Feel free to add me. I would love to lose another 25-30 by august 5th when I will be going on a cruise :-)0 -

It can be done. I started on Jan 15, 2011 at 249, I now at 209 and working towards 180. After I had lost 10 lbs I found Myfitnesspal which has really kept me on course. If I go over my daily calories goal I just do more time on the treadmill and strength training. I cut out all the sweets, and big meals that I used to love. The biggest sacrifice was changing from whole milk to skim milk. Good Luck, you can do it.0

Like, a certain number of minutes we want to exercise this week, or something.
Or a certain net calorie deficit we want per week.

Well I use my elliptical 40-60 mins everyday. I was doing jillians 30 day shred for a while thinking about starting that again. But then I have a hard time eating back my exercise calories.0 -

Yeah the cardio part is basically all jumping.. jumping jacks, jump rope, all kinds of jumping lol but yeaa I loved level 1. I dunno if level 2 was too hard or what cuz I just stopped doing it.. I got "unmotivated"0 -

I know you can lose 40lbs in 3months. I did it when i was in florida. I walked 8miles a day. Everyday. Its hard work but keep your head up and you can do it!

My big goal this month is to NOT pick at things I don't normally eat. I did not do this in the beginning but I have started to a little. Mainly a starchy side dish that I make for the rest of the family.
My other goal is to REALLY do the fourth exercise day a week. I sometimes slack that one off!
I am at the gym the other 3 days for over 60 minutes, so that is my goal to keep it @ the 60.

I in too . I doing C25K 3 days a week & I'm doing a routine with Zumba DVDs, Chalean Extreme ( only strength DVDs) 3 days a week & Brazilian Butt Lift.......I started this yesterday so I will be working out 6 days a week.0
