Hi all!
I once had no problem losing weight. I could cut a few calories and the pounds would melt away. That was long ago in a galaxy far far away. Now the pounds hold on for dear life. I usually get discouraged, trying to relive the past I suppose, and give in to the fast food/chocolate monster. I'm tired of giving in and feeling bad about it. It's time that I take control of my hands and watch what they're putting in my mouth. It's nice to see that I'm not the only passenger on this flight! I look forward to sharing and hopefully getting some much appreciated tips and tricks.
