What I ate today... suggestions, encouragements and motivation

Hi everyone!
i'm rejoining myfitnesspal after a loooong break and i wish I had more perseverance to be consistent but well, no point harping on the past and continue looking ahead right? especially after someone close in my life has decidedly told me that my overweight problem is becoming an issue which broke my heart. i have PCOS, hormonal problems, and for the longest time i've relied on the fact that my body is failing me without even giving myself a chance to feel good by having a good lifestyle.
anyway, uncertain if this is allowed, but because i'm in this all alone, i hope to be able to share what i eat daily and get feedbacks, and i hope everyone else can join in too and gain support from the community.

oo! its couscous lightly salted mixed with steamed salmon while the salad has wild mushrooms, greens and avocados with only olive oil dressing (lunch) and 1 teaspoon soy sauce dressing for the dinner portion.0

Try adding mint, roasted almonds, raisins, and lemon juice to the couscous. Leave the salmon out of it.0

here's the 2nd day (yesterday):
2: 9th December 2014, Tuesday
Breakfast: 1 egg, 2 kiwis, 1 wholemeal bread, and 1/2 avocado
Lunch: 1 bowl of meatless minestrone, 1/2 cup of coke light, 1 tofu salad greens with thai chilli sauce
Snack: 1 packet of milo
Dinner: salad greens with mushrooms and soy, 1 banana, and stewed cuttlefish
