Spartacus: Blood and Sand (season 1), Spartacus: Gods of the Arena (season 2/ it's a prequel but watch it in this order), Spartacus: Vengeance (season 3) and Spartacus: War of the Damned (season 4). IMO this was the most underrated show on tv. Season 1 is still my favourite. Sad the show is over.

To mix it up, some really awesome BBC/European shows, some only have a few seasons so far so not sure they would classify as binge watching:
- Sherlock
- The Fall (season 2 is almost finished)
- Luther
- Les Revenants
- Broadchurch0 -
I'm going to third The Killing.0

Check out Peaky Blinders on Netflix.0

No one's said the Tudors? I didn't have to watch porn the entire week I watched that show.0

There's a little known show called Life on Netflix. It's about a cop who was put away for murdering his best friend, only he didn't do it, and now he's been proven innocent, is out of prison, and has sued for an undisclosed amount of money (he's filthy rich) but part of the settlement is that he gets his job back. So, he solves interesting and weird cases, and he's interesting and weird, but also he's trying to find out what really happened with his friend's murder. It only ran 2 seasons, but they actually wrapped up the story beautifully instead of letting it just die.0

Just be sure to stop after finishing the John Lithgow season.......it goes downhill from there.

Dexter and agree on the last season.
Fringe is also good, but it gets a little out of whack in the last season, IMO.0 -
Homeland has me occasionally yelling at the characters on screen like they can hear me.0
-
Going with Homeland as well - great show0
-
Lost girl, Grimm, Almost Human (why did this get cancelled!?), Arrow, The Flash0
-
not sure if anyone suggested it yet but The Shield is a great series!0
-
The Shield was AWESOME0

For dramas, I've watched all the ones you mentioned but also Weeds, Dexter, Lost, The Following, Battlestar Galactica (I was surprised by this one, I'm not huge on sci-fi). Weeds and Dexter both didn't end well though...0
