I am going to aim to lose another 8 lbs, maybe more, but I finally found some "Before" pictures from a friend's wedding and wanted to show off my hard work.

Our starting stats are very close, I started at 6' and 212 lbs. Would love to know more details! How long did it take you? What/how much did you eat? Exercise?0 -

I started at the end of January, so it's taken about 300 days based on my ticket. I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian. When I started, I was at 1,400-1,600 calories. I've been transitioning to maintenance. Right now I'm set to 1,690. For a brief period I was set to 1,300 calories for a DietBet, which was miserable. The biggest aid in losing weight has been weighing my food and weighing myself.
For exercise, I tried out StrongLifts over the summer, but burned out after a few weeks. I recently started a modified version (5X3 instead of 5X5). I walked my dogs 2-3 times a week, 1 mile @3 mph. I went swing dancing once a week and took swing classes once a week. I sometimes did the elliptical.0 -
