Hello, I am new to this and cant wait to get started on shedding off these pounds. I am a new mother to a precious son and love being a mother but hate how I look. Everytime I look at myself in the mirror i become more and more depressed...I just cant wait to look in the mirror and actually love what I see again!!!

    Hello and welcome! Be prepared to feel fantastic again! Just remember, slow and steady wins the race. This process has been very very slow for me, but I have never had more confidence in my life!
