Hi!
Just bought these Numark omega 3 fish oil capsules. When i try to track them on myfitnesspal, it says that they have 0 calories.
I would have thought that they would have some form of calories in them as they are a form of fat.
does anyone know what the correct calorie amount is for these capsules?

How many mg per serving? You can do the math for 1 gram of fat equals 9 calories. It's going to be a negligible amount.0

My tesco ones have 10 cals! did you scan the tub?0

I think if it's 5 or fewer calories, they're allowed to list it as a 0 calorie product. Mine all say 1 calorie0

mine when i scan the bar code says 1000mg is 10 cals. fat -1 polyunsat -1. That is all the nutritional value that comes up .
and my cod liver oil says cals 9/fat 1/vit A 100 both brands are tesco, but they are probably all produced in a sim method. They are in my diary if you want to look for the full break downs.0
