Hey I'm new here :-)

Hello everyone, I'm new to this app and love the layout :-) I have a long way to go but I'm feeling great. In my early twenties I lost over 100 lbs and kept it off for quite a while, but a good amount of it crept back on with comfort after marriage. I have started and stopped trying so many times hoping things would click as they did before and I have to say, they have. I've been going to the gym for four weeks straight and now I'm ready to start tracking what I'm eating. One of the things I've noticed is how hungry I am after the gym, it's crazy! I know that food has a lot to do with health and weight loss so here I am :-)
