Optimum is awesome. I really like having their double rich chocolate with a tablespoon of peanut butter, a banana and some spinach. Tastes like a funky monkey milkshake.0

1/4 ish coconut water , handful of spinach, 1 cup fresh pineapple, small handful kale, 1/2 lime squeezed. blend and yum, my on the run breakfast most days
good with vanilla whey protein powder as well.0 -
