As most people know, the new Insanity MAX 30 is out and invaded the masses! I'm in a group starting December 29th to try and do this! Winner of the "best transformation" gets $100 in this group!
Who wants to join me?
I've done MAX Sweat and Tabata Power and those things are CRAZY! It's pretty humbling, Shaun T makes the fit feel like the fat kid again.
I will be doing a video diary every day I do this, it will be my first time documenting a journey of sorts.....so, who's on board?
