hi everyone
I'm cabin crew on long haul flights ( or flight attendant as otherwise known across the pond!) I was just after any hints and tips u might have :D I'm aiming to lose just under 30lbs at the moment and trying to over come a few obstacles along the way. One of these obstacles is a very long night flight when all my body wants to do is sleep but I have to keep going! I don't drink tea or coffee so I can't get that caffeine kick other people seem to rely on so I reach for the chocolate instead and once I start I can't stop! Help!!!
Also how do u manage counting calories when your abroad do u just guess and hope for the best. I find travelling to the states easy as quite a few of ur restaurants have the calorie count on the menu or online, this is great! But not so easy in other places :(

Or anyone who works nights and struggles to stay awake? :)
  • Hello! I'm new to this whole thing, and realising I'm posting on an almost 4 year old topic, but I'm hoping it's still relative!
I'm Cabin Crew too and feel your pain...
