Hi i am new to this site and have at least 120lbs to loose to be a good healthy weight. Illnesses and their complications have helped me to gain over 100lbs in 20years. A former outdoor enthusiastic type person now i have become an introvert in the extreme.
While i do have background in nutrition and exercise being able to apply myself has become increasingly
difficult. Help is required. Dont have a cook or fitness coach at home (lol) so this must be the next best thing. I wish all of you good luck as well as for myself. :)
