    I am just starting this journey I am only 18 and I weigh 240lbs I am not ashamed of this because I love myself no matter what my weight is. I am only wanting to lose weight at this point to be healthy, I officially need to lose 70lbs to be healthy. My goal is 170lbs for now once I get there I'll see if I need to lose more if not I'll be happy with what I am at that moment. (I am also a vegan)
