i don't know why but wow...i would be walking on cloud 9 if i was losing that fast. whatever you are doing is good...keep it up:)0

It's very possible it's water, hehe.
Have you just started out trying to lose weight? It happens a lot faster when you first start out.
I wouldn't worry about it, it should taper off after a bit.0 -
The very same thing happened to me at the beginning, water loss and lack of the same caloric intake has to do something with it. It will slow, but enjoy the ride until then!0

no im not just starting i am going on week 6 there for a while i havent been loosin anything and all of a sudden bam loosing like this i do p9x and eat right everyday0

Quickly going through about a week and some on your food diary I would say it might have to do with those days you ate 600 cals, 900, and other days less than 1200 cals per day. Perhaps also not eating back your workout calories? Just a guess based on a quick view of your food diary.
It's a good idea to question losing weight this quickly, some may think it's excellent but as most know it's far too quickly to be healthy and keep it off in the end.
ETA: WOW, if doing P90X you most definitely want to consider eating back your workout cals, that's a hard workout on your body if you're not taking in enough fuel.0 -

Hi Tammy,
This is the same for me, I have been going for just over 2mths and worked out I had been losing about 0.4lb per day too. I do regularly eat over my calories so I'm definitely not undereating.0 -
well as for the days i wasnt eating so much them days i wasnt feeling so great..i normally eat all my calories as much as i can0
-
just like some times your body stalls out it can burn off 1/2 pound a day. Just make sure you eat enough so that is fat and not muscle.0

Water. I shift, daily, from around 67kg to 73kg. It's not unusual for me to step in the gym at 73, shower, sauna and hit the scales before being below 70 again. Rinse and repeat.0

I'd be wary, you're probably losing muscle which will hinder you long term. You're not eating enough which is why you're losing a lot.0

Seems some come on the board to ask something and only want to the answers THEY want to hear and nothing else. None of us are mind readers. What was the response you wanted to hear?0 -
