What are one or two of your fav. workout songs? I'm needing a boost to my playlist.

My current fav.: Flathead by the Fratellis.

    I love the entire album "For the Masses" by Hadouken.
    The entire thing is workout gold.

    Not sure if I'm allowed to post links, but here's the opening track... greatness...

    The music I listen to when working out actually depends on my mood, and where I am in my workout. I like slow and easy at the start then progress to either metal or pop/rock. I have that really bad habit of hitting skip a million and one times on my Zune player before I find what feels right. One of my friends on here, TheProphecy, is a DJ and he made up a bunch of mixes that he lets us all use. http://www.digitalcampground.com/dance/

    His voice at first is a little off-putting but wait with it and you'll be thrashing around :):) {{in a good way!}}
