After 8mths I have hit my target of 16st, this was a drop of 74lbs
Odd to say this but MFP has allowed me to enjoy losing weight and now I want to lose more
Its has completely changed my outlook on my body, eating & exercise and allowed me to lose weight in a educational and sustainable way.Thanks to the MFP team and all you guys, you have helped me to change my life!!!!!
Roll on 2015 and another 30lbs
