I am CRAVING the last two piece of pizza (700 calories)
I have worked out, had some pineapple, had some celery, drank a litter of water, and I'm STILL craving it with 5 calories left for today :grumble:
Normally I would just go to bed...but I'm not even remotely tired!
Any other suggestions? And no...I can't make my pizza disgusting so I won't eat it. We're on a tight budget so it's tomorrow's lunch!

Hmmm...have any pickles? I love pickles when I don't have calories left...I've heard hot tea is good for stopping cravings as well..but whatever you do, don't give in...I know you can do this...just think...if you can have it tomorrow, there's no need to pig out tonight. You've already had pizza for today, and because of your adherence to your MFP plan, you will be able to have it tomorrow as well. Good luck!0
