Thank you all for all of your kind words and GREAT ADVICE. I seriously am in shocked with all this positive feed back. I wote this last night because I was so down and after reading all the wonderful advice I feel so much better(that I'm not alone). I love the short term goal idea(7days goal). I never finish my daily log in. But I do think this is a good start. To own up to it. And yes, I do feel like some of the bad eatting habbits come from deeper issues. I do it for attention =(, for comfort, for being bored for anything related to my current emotions!. I have two small boys and I'm that mom who doesn't want to waste food too! (can't help it its the asain person in me!!)
